Alberto Eiras was born in New York City of Cuban parents. He migrated to Miami after his mother attended Wilfred Beauty Academy to start her career as a cosmetologist. Albert grew up in the industry surrounded by entrepreneurs, beauticians and barbers. 

He absorbed knowledge from everyone around him, acquiring the direction and wisdom that shaped him to the entrepreneur that he is today.  

 

His resume includes a broad range of expertise in Law, Finance, Real Estate and Management, currently holding a chain of barber shops that have been servicing the community for over 20 years. He also holds a position as an elected official within his community. He has built strong relationships with The City Council, Community Business leaders and Dade County Public Schools. Alberto Eiras has been recognized by the mayor and has been featured on local news channels and papers as an influential business leader always servicing his community.  

 

As the Director of South Florida Barber School, he oversees all aspects of the school’s operations and curriculum. He manages the faculty and staff. Works hand in hand with the instructors to ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all students.  

 

He is passionate about living a genuine life of quality showing gratitude daily as a beloved husband and father that is committed to upholding a high ethical standard of life and leadership.
