Joel Eiras was born to Cuban, Dominican parents and raised in Miami. His family owns a chain of professional upscale men’s barber shops. At a young age he was immersed into the business of barbering where he learned that the principles of education, responsibility, leadership and respect, were held in the highest regard. 

 

The privilege of being nurtured in such a formative environment not only established the foundation for his future achievements but endured values of discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of community. This upbringing profoundly influenced his character and continues to guide his personal and professional endeavors.

 

 

 Joel went to college to focus on business and obtained his associates degree from Miami Dade College. While attending Miami Dade College, he received his Master barber license from Beauty Schools of America. Currently, Joel is furthering his education by working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, continuing his commitment to personal and professional growth.
 

As an instructor at South Florida Barber Schools, Joel plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and mentorship to aspiring barbers. He is dedicated to ensuring that students receive comprehensive training that meets industry standards and state regulations. He works closely with fellow instructors and staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment, fostering both professional skills and personal growth. His commitment to excellence helps shape the next generation of barbers and upholds the school’s reputation for exceptional instruction.
