Rachel Eiras, M.Ed.
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of South Florida Barber Schools, Rachel brings expertise essential to ensure the school’s success and growth. Her leadership in barbershop management and education background allows her to take the vision of South Florida Barber Schools and align it with industry trends and educational standards. She integrates and encourages new teaching methods while incorporating technology into the curriculum; cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Jessica Eiras, Ed.S.
Chief Administrative Officer
Currently as the Chief Administrative Officer, Jessica brings a plethora of experience to South Florida Barber Schools. She is responsible for overseeing the student admissions, student orientation, student compliance and test preparation. She works closely with the Director, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with state and national agencies.

Director
As the Director of South Florida Barber School,
Albert oversees all aspects of the school’s operations and curriculum. He manages the faculty and staff. Works hand in hand with the instructors to ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all students.

Instructor
As an instructor at South Florida Barber Schools, Joel plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and mentorship to aspiring barbers. He is dedicated to ensuring that students receive comprehensive training that meets industry standards and state regulations. He works closely with fellow instructors and staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment, fostering both professional skills and personal growth.
